This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the 1/3

guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner is required for the enquiry since he is a history sheeter in H.S.No.784 of 2013. 4.In view of the above, the question of 'not to harass' cannot be entertained and the respondent police shall call the petitioner for enquiry as and when required.

5.This criminal original petition is closed.
