This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32320 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Page No.1 of 3

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32320 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
