ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4815 of 2024 by deleting or relaxing the condition requiring the petitioner to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.75 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Accordingly to the prosecution, the total amount cheated is Rs.19 lakhs. This Court while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to pay Rs.3 lakhs within a period of 30 days from 11.07.2024. Though the said order was passed in the year 2024, the petitioner has come forward to file the present petition for modification only after the police filed the petition for cancellation of bail. In such circumstances, taking into consideration the factual position, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
