ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Section 399 of I.P.C, in Crime No.427 of 2019, on the file of the respondent/Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Totally there are 5 accused in this case and the petitioner is A4. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused have prepared to commit robbery in LIC Colony with possession of knife, iron road, wooden log. Hence, the respondent police registered the case against the petitioners.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused prepared to commit robbery and there are 10 previous cases pending against the petitioner, out of which 4 cases are under Section 302 of I.P.C. Hence,he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts of the case and the fact that there are 4 cases pending against the petitioner under Section 302 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.P.C., this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
