This is an application filed by the applicant/Transferor Company seeking to dispense with the convening of meeting of the Unsecured Creditors and for a direction for filing the Company Petition to the applicant Company.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the Chartered Accountant's Certificate of the applicant Company as regards the Unsecured Creditors has been filed, which is appended as Annexure "5" at page 74 of the Paper Book.

4. Taking note of the same, this Court dispenses with the convening of the meeting of the Unsecured Creditors of the applicant/Transferor Company.

5. The main Company Petition shall be presented within four weeks.
