These petitions has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.25408 and 25356 of 2022 by order dated 15.11.2022 to report before the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Villupuram, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and final report is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of final report.
