This application has been filed seeking permission of this Court to settle the property in respect of which the Letters of Administration granted by this Court by an order dated 01.08.2023.

2. The Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking Letters of Administration in her favour and particularly, Letters has been sought in respect of 50% share in the immovable property, which has been purchased by her mother, Halima along with the petitioner. After the death of her mother, the application has been filed including all the legal heirs. This Court granted Letters of Administration. Now application has been filed seeking permission of this Court to execute settlement deed, in favour of the 2nd respondent / elder sister of the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that they have no objection in executing settlement deed in favour of the 2nd respondent.
