ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the case was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C in Crime No.220/2010 on 23.02.2010. After registration of the FIR the respondent police has not taken any action against the accused person. Accordingly, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
2.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
