C.M.P.No.3459 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.19433 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice is served on the first respondent, none appears before this Court.

3.Mr.P.Sankaranarayanan, learned counsel for the second respondent as contesting respondent submits that he has no serious objection to the delay of 26 days being condoned.

4.In view of the same, the delay of 26 days is condoned and accordingly the petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
