This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report pending against the petitioner in Crime No.11 of 2025, pending on the file of the first respondent police. 1/4

Though the present petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2025, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A2, on instructions, fairly confined his prayer to the extent of a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3.

Considering the limited relief now sought and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.11 of 2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
