In view of the fact that a writ petition has been filed by the wife of the petitioner in W.P.No.22120 of 2021 and also in view of the fact that the present petitioner D.Rajagopal is no more and in whose place, as a legal representative, his wife one R.Yasodha, the petitioner in W.P.No.22120 of 2021 has stepped into the shoes of the present petitioner, nothing would survive in this writ petition.
