This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 26.11.2019 in E.A.No.58 of 2018 in E.P.No.24 of 2017 in O.S.No.137 of 2016 passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri and to allow the above civil revision petition.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the exparte decree dated 23.02.2017 passed by the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri in O.S.No.137 of 2016 was challenged by the petitioners by way of filing I.A.No.1 of 2020 and the same was dismissed by the Trial Court on 15.09.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also acknowledged the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication.

6. In view of the interim order passed by this Court dated 09.12.2020, the petitioners have put up the construction and it is upto the respondents to take action against the petitioners in the manner known to law.

7. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 20.10.2023 vm Index :
