O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 31.07.2019 in E.A.No.56 of 2018 in E.P.No.24 of 2017 in O.S.No.137 of 2016 passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri and to allow the above civil revision petition.

2. Since I.A.No.1 of 2020, which was filed to set aside the ex-parte decree in O.S.No.137 of 2016 itself was dismissed by the Trial Court on 15.09.2022, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the interim order passed by this Court dated 09.12.2020, the petitioners have put up the construction and it is upto the respondents to take action against the petitioners in the manner known to law.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
