Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka. (Arbit)/A2/ 15366/ 2019 dated 02.11.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to fix the higher compensation in so far relates to the petitioners Land situated in S.No.32/4 32/5B 33/4 33/5B 33/7B1 33/7B2 Kuppupillaichavadi Kattumannarkoil Cuddalore District by invoking U/s. 26 to 30 of RFCTLARR Act and determine the compensation together with 100 Percent solatium multiplier factor into 2 with 12 percent interest along with benefits of Under the Provisions of U/s.31 38 and 105(3) of Rehabilitiation and Resettlement of RFCTLAAR Act (Act 30 of 2013).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the appellate forum to file an appeal against the order impugned under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and has made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
2. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
