O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 20.03.2014 passed in W.P.No.4084 of 2006 on the file of this Court.

2. As per the order of this Court dated 10.02.2023, the respondent/Management has submitted a Demand Draft bearing D.D.No.005675 for sum of Rs.3,11,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Eleven Thousand only), drawn on the Kancheepuram Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Poonamallee Branch. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also received the aforesaid Demand Draft and made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
