From a perusal of the common order passed in the writ petitions, it is seen that the learned Single Judge, while dismissing the writ petitions held that the 1st respondent, namely, 'M/s. Chennai Auto Ancillary Industrial Infrastructure Upgradation Company' was entitled to invoke and encash the bank guarantee. The said finding of the learned Single Judge was confirmed by the Division Bench by the judgment sought to be reviewed. The said judgment is dated 18.03.2009 and the grounds raised in the review applications have lost their relevance due to efflux of time.
