ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with by the respondents vide proceedings of the second respondent dated 09.07.2024 in Proc.No:AB2/20927/2023. He has also produced a copy of the same before this Court.

2. As such, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature. In case the petitioners are aggrieved against the proceedings of the second respondent, liberty is hereby granted to them, to challenge the same in the manner known to them under law.
