ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated into service without prejudice to the out come of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.30622 of 2015 as Conductor.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner should be paid wages on par with the similarly placed employees of the respondent.
3. Mr. P.Paramasivadoss, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner will be paid the wages on par with the similarly placed employees of the Corporation.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
