1. Learned counsel for the applicant says that these applications are not pressed, as he has instructions to convey to the Court that his client is willing to surrender the subject equipment.

2. The applications are dismissed as not pressed.

3. The request for surrender of the subject equipment may be made to the Official Liquidator, who will deal with the same in accordance with the contract obtaining between the parties. CP.No.255 of 2014

4. List the matter on 19.12.2016.

5. The Official Liquidator will file a fresh report before the next date of hearing.
