ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court challenging the Charge Memo No.31426/Estt.(DP)/A1/2014-3 dated 27.10.2014 passed by the respondent and quashing the same and directing him to drop all further proceedings pursuant to the said charge memo dated 27.10.2014.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was issued with the charge memo on 27.10.2014 and he also submitted a detailed explanation denying all the charges. He was also placed under suspension on 30.10.2014. However, an Enquiry Officer has been appointed and he has submitted a report on 24.03.2015. On receipt of the enquiry report, he made a representation dated 13.04.2015 to the respondent. Now he sought for passing final order by the disciplinary authority. 3.Learned Additional Advocate General would submit that four weeks time may be given to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings. 4.A perusal of the report of the enquiry officer would show that the same would definitely warrant interference as the charge memo can also be equally considered as that of the disciplinary proceedings. 5.

Considering the submission made on either side, this Court directs the disciplinary authority to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. Speaking/Non speaking order 17.04.
