(CR.NO.1015/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.MP.Nos.7834 & 7835/2020 in Crl.OP.Nos.17268 & 17271/2020 dated on 16.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.SUNIL, Advocate for the petitioner(IN BOTH THE PETITIONS)and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent (IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) the court made the following order:- These applications were filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.7834 & 7835 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17266 & 17271 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
