ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of IPC in Cr.No.4006 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The petitioner who is driver-cum-owner of the lorry carried two units of river sand. On interception by the police, the petitioner herein flied from the scene of occurrence and abandoned the lorry as well as the river sand.

4. This Court is of the view that anticipatory bail cannot be entertained in view of gravity of the crime leading to exploitation of the natural resources.
