This application is filed to amend the address of the 3rd petitioner and the 2nd respondent in the OP.

2. From the perusal of the record, this Court finds that the notice sent to the 2nd respondent in the address shown in the petition returned and service could not be served on him. Hence, substitute service been ordered. However, now the correct address of the 2nd respondent viz., Siva Ramakrishnan is furnished and the petitioner seeks amendment to the address of the 2nd https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

respondent both in long and short cause title. For effective service on the respondent, the above amendment is necessary. Hence, the application is allowed. The G.
