(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) Both Mr.Haja Nazirudeen, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner and Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the first respondent/assessee would agree that the dispute has been settled by way of an application filed by the assessee Tvl.Bannari Amman Sugars Ltd. settling the arrears under the Samadhan Scheme in respect of periods 1988-89 to 1990-91.

2. Vide letter dated 03.01.2025, the Assistant Commissioner, Trichy Road Circle would request withdrawal of this Writ Petition for the aforesaid reason.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
