This petition has been filed to relax the condition para 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29141 of 2023 dated 09.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
