A Complaince memo has been filed along with receipts given by the respective societies. The compliance is recorded. A.No.1410 of 2022: This application has already been closed on 22.02.2023. A.No.2024 of 2021: The learned counsel for the respondents seeking time to file counter.

CS.No.22 of 2023: The counsel for the plaintiff Mr.L.Sabah Rethinam, is no more. Mr.S.Vinod Sathya Lazor, learned counsel has undertaken to file vakalat for the plaintiff.

Registry is directed to list the matter on 27.03.2023 along with AS.No.808 of 2023.
