W.P.No.6787 of 2017 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J., The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents filed a typed set of papers establishing that the criminal case has already been registered in Crime No.2 of 2018 by the CBCID pursuant to the orders of this Court. A final report has already been filed and the E-Court status reveals that the case is posted for further hearing on 26.07.2023. Another case was listed on 11.08.2023.

2. Since the criminal case has already been registered pursuant to the orders of this court and after investigation, the charge sheet has also been filed, the respondents are directed to pursue the case vigilantly before the Trial Court in the manner contemplated.
