The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the complaint that was received from the defacto complainant has been assigned in C.S.R.No.175 of 2022 and the same is pending for enquiry. He further states that if the petitioners herein cooperate with the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within a period of three weeks.
2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners herein to cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners till the completion of enquiry.
