[Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.] The petitioners seek relaxation of the condition imposed on them that they have to report before the concerned Court on all the working days at 10.00 a.m. pending appeal, in Crl.M.P. No.7584 of 2019 in Crl.A. No.338 of 2019 dated 14.08.2019.

2. The petitioners seek relaxation of the abovesaid condition on the ground that they have been complying with the same ever since the date of order.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also conceded that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the abovesaid condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.7584 of 2019 in Crl.A. No.338 of 2019 and did not raise any serious objection in relaxing the same.

4. In view of the said submission made on either side, we deem it appropriate to modify the abovesaid condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.7584 of 2019 in Crl.A. No.338 of 2019 as follows: "The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a month at 10.00 a.m (i.e.) first working day of every month."

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
