ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8 (c ) r/w 20 (b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.2083 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposed for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner is a history sheeter having 11 previous cases and he was in possession of 1.2 kgs of ganja and escaped from the scene of occurrence on seeing the raiding party and he is still at large.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner herein is a habitual drug offender and not available for the investigation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
