This petition has been filed to relax the condition Para 5(b) imposed in 21.12.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.28522 of 2023 in Crime No.283 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
