ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 15.03.2017 in C.M.P.No.677 of 2017 in W.A.No.44 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition is filed.

2.In the order passed by this Court dated 15.03.2017 in C.M.P.No.677 of 2017 in W.A.No.44 of 2017, this Court directed the official respondents to allow the petitionerinstitution to participate in the counselling process for the academic year 2017-2018 and posted the appeal after twelve weeks. Today, we have passed an order in W.A.No.1412 of 2017 filed by the concerned University, permitting the first respondent therein / the petitioner herein for counselling in Homeopathy and to admit the students for the academic year 2017-2018, at the risk of the Management and posted the said appeal after two weeks and in the mean time, a direction was given to the institution/ the petitioner herein, to comply with the defects after

consulting with the University and the Ministry of AYUSH and it is for the college to correspond with AYUSH regarding prior permission for admission is needed or not. 3.In view of the above stated change in circumstance, the contempt will not lie against the respondents and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
