This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation in respect of Crime No.3 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent, Sub Inspector of Police, Thittagudi Police station, Cuddalore to 3rd respondent, Inspector of Police, CBCID Police station, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore to conduct further investigation into the matter in accordance with law.
