ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 01.09.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1627 of 2022 in Crime No.3477 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, since final report is filed in this case, along with delay condonation by the respondent police, he requires permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to challenge the final report, if taken cognizance by learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Tambaram.
