O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the application in I.A.No.53 of 2012 in R.C.O.P.No.2 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perambalur, dated 31.10.2014.

2. The respondents 1 to 13 herein have filed R.C.O.P.No.2 of 2007 on the file of the Rent Controller (District Munsif) Perambalur, against the 14th respondent herein for eviction of the tenant premises. During pendency of the said RCOP, the respondents 1 to 13 herein have filed an application in I.A.No.53 of 2012 stating that during pendency of the said RCOP they have sold the tenanted premises to the petitioners herein under a registered sale 2/4

deed dated 16.12.2011 and hence, they should be substituted as the petitioners in R.C.O.P.No.2 of 2007. The learned Rent Controller (District Munsif), Permabalur, by the order dated 31.10.2014 has dismissed the said petition holding that the petitioners herein may be added as respondents in the RCOP but, they cannot he added as petitioners by substituting the original petitioners. Feeling aggrieved, the said proposed parties have filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. When the petition came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the 14th respondent/tenant has submitted that the 14th respondent has vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the original landlords and hence, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the Court may record the submission of the learned counsel for the 14th respondent and close the Civil Revision Petition. 3/4
