O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 3rd respondent and take appropriate action as per law on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 04.05.2015 and taken action against the erring officials.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute is with regard to the change of patta by the Tahsildar in the year 2011. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, he should seek for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remedy before the Revenue Divisional Officer. On the contra, a complaint has been filed in the year 2013 alleging that the Tahsildar and the Inspector of Police colluded with each other. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
