AUTHINATHAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.11020 of 2017 IN CRL A.356/2017 M.SUSEELADEVI, [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REPRESENTED BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING - II, SALEM DISTRICT.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the trial court once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 A.M imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7821 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.356 of 2017 to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DORAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.MATHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This court by an order dated 05.07.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.7821 of 2017, granted bail to the petitioner till the disposal of the appeal, by suspending the sentence of imprisonment and to appear before the trial Court once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders and the petitioner was ordered to be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge under TNPID Act, Coimbatore within a period of two weeks from the date of the order in Crl.M.P.No.7821 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a women and home maker and she find it very difficult to travel to Coimbatore to comply with the condition to appear before the trial Court

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Having regard to the difficulties expressed by the petitioner and there is no fear that she would be free from justice, I am inclined to relax the condition and this Criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
