The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 523 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.19441 of 2025.

2. M/s.R.Sreevidhya takes notice for Respondent-2. She has no objection in allowing the petition provided the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 523 days.
