O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and pass necessary orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2022.

2. As against the issuance of patta by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner preferred appeal to the 2nd respondent on 05.12.2022 and in order to consider the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.R.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that, the said appeal filed before the 2nd respondent would be considered and decided on merits of course after hearing both petitioner as well as the 4th respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate for the official respondents, this Court directs the 2nd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 05.12.2022 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of being heard to both the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
