Seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.416 of 2024 now pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Kancheepuram, the petitioner wife has preferred the above Transfer Civil 1/5

Miscellaneous Petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner wife has filed H.M.O.P.No.258 of 2024 for restitution of conjugal rights on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records. 4.Considering the above submission, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.416 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
