PRAYER in CRP.No.2433 of 2015: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to allow the above Civil Revision Petition by setting aside the order dated 18.04.2015 rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner in R.C.A.Sr.No.19065 of 2014 by the learned VII Small Causes Court Judge at Chennai (Rent Control Appellate Authority) and also the order and decreetal order dated 13.08.2014 made in M.P.No.241 of 2014 (on the file of the XV Small Causes Court at Chennai) in R.C.O.P.No.1296 of 2011 by restoring the application M.P.No.241 of 2014 on the file of the XV Small Causes Court at Chennai for disposal in accordance with law.

O R D E R

These Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.2432 of 2015 has been filed praying to set aside the order dated 18.04.2015 rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

R.C.A.Sr.No.19062 of 2014 by the learned VII Small Causes Court Judge at Chennai (Rent Control Appellate Authority) and also the order and decreetal order dated 13.08.2014 made in M.P.No.242 of 2014 (on the file of the XV Small Causes Court at Chennai) in R.C.O.P.No.1297 of 2011 by restoring the application in M.P.No.242 of 2014 on the file of the XV Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. The Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.No.2433 of 2015 has been filed to set aside the order dated 18.04.2015 rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner in R.C.A.Sr.No.19065 of 2014 by the learned VII Small Causes Court Judge at Chennai (Rent Control Appellate Authority) and also the order and decreetal order dated 13.08.2014 made in M.P.No.241 of 2014 (on the file of the XV Small Causes Court at Chennai) in R.C.O.P.No.1296 of 2011 by restoring the application in M.P.No.241 of 2014 on the file of the XV Small Causes Court at Chennai for disposal in accordance with law.

3. When the matter was listed on 04.12.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions from the petitioners. Hence, this court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioners in both the Civil Revision Petitions and adjourned the matter to 11.12.2020. However, the matter was posted only today i.e.,06.01.2021. Even today none appeared on behalf of the petitioners in both the Civil Revision Petitions. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
