This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant/Insurance Company to set aside the judgment and decree dated 25.08.2015 made in M..C.O.P.No.2475 of 2008 on the file of the Motor 1/5

Accident Claims Tribunal (IV Small Causes Court) Chennai.

2. The learned counsel on either side has submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre and they have entered into a compromise. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Settlement Agreement dated 10.08.2023 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and recording the Settlement Agreement, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is settled, in terms of the said Settlement Agreement, which shall form part of the Decree. No costs.
