This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondents police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.92 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the respondents and direct the respondents to file final report within a reasonable time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) representing the respondents submitted that they will complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months, if not already filed.
