[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the allotment order of 1st respondent dated 29.01.2015 in proceedings No.T.IX.40/2015-MINDA-2 and the consequential transfer order of 3rd respondent dated 18.03.2015 in proceedings No.T.IX.15/2015-NES-ADM-3 and quash the same in petitioner concerned and forbear the respondents from transferring the petitioner herein.
