O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner on 20.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has made allegations against the other legal heirs for having sold the property without giving her share. The matter essentially relates to a civil dispute.

4.In view of the nature of the allegations, no positive direction can be issued for registering a case and therefore, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
