ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.M.SUBRAMANIAM) The writ appeal order dated 24.11.2010 is sought to be reviewed in the present review application.

2. This Court made a categorical finding that the order passed by the Division Bench in Solaiappa Samil Modern Rice Mills, Rep. by its Proprietor, R.Balakrishnan vs. Superintending Engineer, CEDC/West Anna Nagar, Chennai and Ors.1 became final. Since the applicant has not raised any ground to the variation of the said decision, the writ appeal court rejected the appeal.

3. We do not find any error apparent on the record, warranting interference and to exercise the review jurisdiction. 1 (2007) 1 MLJ 878
