It is contended on behalf of the learned counsel for the 4th respondent that the Writ Petition has been filed relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.88253 of 2017/Sa. Pa. 3 dated 28.03.2018, more particularly the election for the post of President. It is also contended that the term had expired in the year 2018 and fresh elections had been conducted and new board had also taken charge. It is stated that nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the issue raised has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
