ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to initiate the further proceedings as per enquiry letter dated 20.09.2019 in Na.Ka.No.1576/2019/A1 in relation to survey, measure, demarcate and to fix the four boundaries of the property belongs to the petitioner, more fully described in sale deed dated 11.09.2008 registered as document No.777/2008 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Chengalpattu and comprised in Re-Survey No.1121/7C2 with new patta No.1504 in Aathur Village, Kattamkulathur Panchayat, Chengalpattu within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, M/s.P.Uma, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, and Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, the learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted application to survey, measure, demarcate and to fix boundaries in respect of the property comprised in Re-Survey No.1121/7C2 with new patta No.1504 in Aathur Village, Kattamkulathur Panchayat, Chengalpattu as per the sale deed dated 11.09.2008. It seems that the fifth respondent had objection over the same.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and also adjacent land owners, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, conduct enquiry and pass orders to survey, measure, demarcate and to fix boundaries in respect of the property comprised in Re-Survey No.1121/7C2 with new patta No.1504 in Aathur Village, Kattamkulathur Panchayat, Chengalpattu, on merits and in accordance with law, on payment of requisite fees.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
