ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking a direction to the first respondent Bank to remove the seal and unlock the Shop No.3, situated at Old No.167, New No.156, Govindappa Naicken Street, Chennai - 600 001 and allow the petitioner to remove all his electrical and electronic goods inside the shop portion, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is a tenant of the said premises.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the the respondent authorities have locked and sealed the premises on 10.1.2020 and all the electrical goods and computer belonging to the petitioner are inside the premises and, therefore, he pleads that the lock and seal may be removed and one week time may be granted to vacate the premises.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent does not have any objection to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted one week time from today to vacate the premises.
