It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30067 of 2017 has been complied with by the respondent through proceedings dated 19.11.2019. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings.

2. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances, the Contempt Petition is closed, however by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the above said order, if the same is passed adverse to his interest.
